By booking any service with Amerinca Travel, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions.
2. Reservations and Payments
All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking. A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm a reservation, depending on the service contracted. Payments must be made within the deadlines indicated by Amerinca Travel. Failure to comply may result in cancellation without refund.
3. Prices and Inclusions
All prices are quoted in US dollars or Peruvian soles unless otherwise stated. Prices include only the services specifically mentioned in the tour description. Any service not clearly specified as included is considered excluded.
4. Changes and Modifications
Amerinca Travel reserves the right to modify itineraries, schedules, or services due to weather conditions, operational reasons, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control, always ensuring the safety and best experience of our clients.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary depending on the service, supplier, and time of notice. Any cancellation must be requested in writing via email. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the conditions of each service and may be subject to administrative or supplier fees.
6. Responsibilities and Liability
Amerinca Travel acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers such as hotels, transportation companies, guides, and other operators. We are not responsible for delays, accidents, loss, injury, illness, or damages caused by third parties, natural events, or force majeure.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate personal information, holding valid travel documents, and complying with local laws, customs, and safety instructions provided by guides or authorities.
8. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is highly recommended. Amerinca Travel is not responsible for medical expenses, trip interruptions, or losses not covered by insurance.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By booking and participating in any tour or service provided by Amerinca Travel, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
